Gift Certificate Policies
- Gift certificates may be purchased for a specific service or a dollar amount.
- Gift certificates are non-transferable. Once a gift certificate has been assigned or applied to a recipient’s name, it may only be redeemed by that individual.
- Gift certificates are treated the same as cash and should be kept in a safe place.
- Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment.
- Gift certificates may be used toward services or retail products unless otherwise specified.
- If the value of your purchase exceeds the gift certificate balance, the remaining balance is the client’s responsibility.
- If the value of your purchase is less than the gift certificate amount, the remaining balance will stay on the gift certificate and may be used toward future services or retail products. Remaining balances will not be refunded or returned as cash.
- Gift certificates expire one year from the date they are issued.
- If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, applicable cancellation fees will first be deducted from the gift certificate balance before any remaining balance is charged.
- Day-of cancellations and no-show appointments are subject to the full cancellation fee in accordance with S.P.A. Skin Care’s cancellation policy.
- Gift certificates used for discounted packages or series are subject to the same cancellation and package policies as all other appointments.
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a text message must be sent to (930) 215-3928 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Online cancellations are not available.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Service prices are subject to change. Gift certificate recipients are encouraged to confirm current pricing when scheduling their appointment.

What can a S.P.A. Skin Care gift certificate be used for?
Gift certificates may be used toward nearly any service or retail purchase at S.P.A. Skin Care, including customized facials, advanced skincare treatments, Himalayan Salt Room sessions, infrared sauna sessions, makeup consultations, makeup lessons, professional skincare products, boutique retail items, and more.
Are S.P.A. Skin Care gift certificates transferable?
No. Gift certificates are non-transferable. Once a gift certificate is assigned to a recipient’s name, it may only be redeemed by that individual.
I have a $25 off bonus card. What are its policies?
Our $25 Bonus Cards may be used toward services only and have no cash value. Because these promotional cards are not stored or tracked in our computer system, the physical card must be presented and surrendered at the time of your service to receive the $25 discount. Lost or stolen Bonus Cards cannot be replaced or honored without the original card. Bonus Cards are transferable, so you are welcome to give yours to someone else; however, the person receiving it must bring the physical card with them and turn it in when redeeming it.
Can I purchase a gift certificate for a specific service or a dollar amount?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or for a specific treatment or service. If you’re not sure what to choose, a dollar amount allows the recipient to select the services or products that best fit their needs.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment booked with a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are treated like cash and are subject to S.P.A. Skin Care’s cancellation policy. If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, applicable cancellation fees may be deducted from the gift certificate balance. Do I need to bring my gift certificate to my appointment?
Yes. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment in order to be redeemed.
When do S.P.A. gift certificates expire?
Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date they are issued.

Any remaining balance will stay on your gift certificate and may be used toward a future service or retail product. Remaining balances cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
