To provide the best experience for all clients and allow our waitlist the opportunity to book available appointments, S.P.A. Skin Care’s booking and management team enforces the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Booking

• A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Notice

• 48+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.

First-Time Consultations

• First-time consultation appointments canceled the same day or missed without notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee due to the extended appointment time reserved.

Packages

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will result in one service being deducted from your package.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will also result in one service being deducted from your package.
• Package services are already discounted and are therefore subject to these policies.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are treated as cash.
• If a cancellation fee applies, any available gift certificate balance will be applied first, with any remaining balance charged to the credit card on file.

Multiple Services

• If you have multiple services scheduled and no longer wish to receive one or more of them, each unwanted service must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Services not canceled within the required notice period are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

One-Time Courtesy

• We understand that unexpected situations happen.
• As a courtesy, management may waive one cancellation fee at its discretion. Any future cancellations will be subject to the full cancellation policy.

Outstanding Balances

• Cancellation fees must be paid in full before another appointment may be scheduled.
• Clients with outstanding cancellation balances will not be permitted to rebook until their balance has been satisfied.

Appointment Confirmation

• Appointment reminders are sent automatically, including a reminder approximately 72 hours before your appointment.
• Please use the confirmation link included in your reminder.
• Appointments that are not confirmed may become available to clients on our waitlist.
• Automated reminders are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. In the event of a technical issue or missed reminder, clients are still responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment. Not receiving a reminder does not waive or excuse applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

How to Cancel

• All cancellations must be made by text message to (930) 215-3928.
• Phone calls, voicemail, Facebook messages, Instagram messages, email, and online requests are not accepted for cancellations.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation text is received.
• Our team will reply to confirm receipt and assist with rescheduling.

Additional Information

• This policy applies to all cancellations, including illness and emergencies.
• Service prices are subject to change. Cancellation fees are based on the services reserved at the time of booking.
• Inclement Weather: S.P.A. Skin Care follows EVSC and the school district for the city or county in which you live for weather-related closures. If EVSC or your local school district is closed due to inclement weather, the standard cancellation policy will not apply. This exception applies only to weather-related school closures and does not include holidays, scheduled school breaks, or other non-weather-related closings.
