In order to keep the spa appointment book up to date and ensure clients on the waitlist can be scheduled effectively. Cancellation fees will now be handled by Vagaro (computer system). Appointments cancelled less than 48 hr will incur a 50% charge of all services booked. If on any package one will be deducted for each late cancel (As these are already discounted.) 100% charge of services booked for day of cancellations or no show appointments. If on a package one will be deducted. First time client consult with service canceled day of or no show will be charged a $100 cancellation fee (due to the amount of time scheduled for the consult and service.) Any gift card balance will be used first then the remainder collected. To be fair to all clients this policy includes all cancellations including illness. If multiple services are booked and you wish to not have one or more services done you MUST cancel that service not wanted to avoid the cancellation fee. For example if you have a facial and a wax or salt room scheduled but you do not wish to have the wax done you must cancel that service before the 48 hr mark to avoid the cancellation fee for that service.

Please be advised there have been price increases on certain services. Be sure to confirm pricing when booking since the cancellation policy goes off of services booked. Gift Cards are treated as money and are subject to the above cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received before 48 hours of your scheduled service. 

All cancellations must be texted to the spa phone number 930-215-3928 Due to the number of options clients have to cancel (phone call, phone text, instagram, facebook messenger) the spa requires a text message to the spa. It is the client’s responsibility to be sure the cancellation is received. The spa will follow up with a response about rescheduling and confirm that the cancellation text was received. Two text reminders are sent out. One is at the 72 hour mark.
